The Beautiful stay at the end.

Our all-inclusive hotel at the end of our honeymoon

Now we have reached the final destination on our Honeymoon. We have a lovely room in quite a luxurious hotel on the beach in Zanzibar. We arrived into the airport and this is when we had problems. I had known about visa requirement for Kenya and had all the necessary fees to hand. Arriving in Zanzibar I had the equivalent amount again but this time they required double that US$100. I asked if they would accept Kenyan shillings as we didn't have Tanzanian shillings, and again, I didn't know we would need them. So, I then realised that we didn't even have enough Kenyan Shillings to change into dollars and there was no ATM. The man at immigration is holding on to my passport. We managed to get Becky a visa and so still have her passport. For now Thomas Cook are on the case and I should have my passport tomorrow. I'm not sure when or how I will pay the money. Never mind.

Here at Neptune Pwani Beach Resort it is lovely. It was actually so hot this afternoon that we were sweating just walking around. We had lunch and explored.

We then played a bit of ping pong and learnt a new game, similar to mancala from a very friendly member of the pool staff before taking a swim. The water in this pool was slightly warmer. Well I thought it was. Then, after ploughing a few chapters into our books, we showered, dressed slightly smarter that previously this holiday and went for dinner. My appetite certainly seems to have diminished but it's great because so much is fully included here. We returned to the game hall this evening before turning in.
